All guests (including exhibitors) are required to show their Vaccine Pass upon entry. Visitors aged 18+ are required to have three doses of the vaccine. Children aged 12 -17 are required to have two doses of the vaccine if within 6 months from first dose or third dose if after 6 months from the second dose. Children under the age of 12 are not expected to have a vaccine. Recognized vaccines are listed here.
- Under the “Vaccine Pass” arrangement, all guests (including exhibitors) need to present the vaccination record before entering the premises. For local doses, you can use the “LeaveHomeSafe”, “iAM Smart” or “eHealth” mobile applications, OR a printed local vaccination record with QR code OR the QR code of the COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate issued by a doctor.
For Non-local doses/mixed local and non-local doses: (i) Printed or electronic vaccination record issued by the relevant authorities; (ii) QR code of vaccination record obtained from Port Health at control points when inbound travellers declare their non-local vaccination details; and (iii) QR code of vaccination record obtained from the 18 designated post offices upon completion of declaration of non-local vaccination details. The following three categories of persons may use the specified form in written or electronic form separately prepared containing all content in the aforementioned standard form to register his/her name, contact number and the date and time of his/her visit as an alternative to the use of the LHS mobile application. The relevant premises operator will keep the written or electronic records for 31 days: (a) persons aged 65 or above and aged 15 or below; (b) persons with disability; and (c) other persons recognised by the Government or organisation(s) authorised by the Government for this purpose. For persons aged 15 or below entering a catering premises or scheduled premises, he/she would not have to register his/her personal information using the specified form if he/she is accompanied by an adult who has complied with the LHS requirement (i.e. he/she has used the LHS mobile application or use the specified form to register relevant information as an alternative in accordance with the requirements).
All visitors are required to wear a mask when entering the hall as well as for the duration of their stay; admission will be denied otherwise.
All guests (including exhibitors) are required to undergo a temperature check at the event entrance. Any person with a temperature of or over 37°C will be denied entry.
Any guests who are under mandatory quarantine or wearing electronic wristband are denied entry
There will be 1.5 metre of distance queuing arrangement at registration
The organiser will arrange hand sanitizers at the registration desk
All guests (including exhibitors) must record their visit to our event with the LeaveHomeSafe mobile application
Clean the facilities, tables and chairs on a regular basis
The hotel main entrance, escalator handrails, door handles, handles and elevators buttons will be cleaned and sterilised every 2 hours with diluted bleach
There will be cleaning staff on-duty to clean and sterilise all toilets regularly during the event
Hotel staff will deny entry to any person with an electronic wristband or under compulsory quarantine. In case of any violation, security guards will report to the police immediately
There will be covered rubbish bins for disposal masks in the event area
Upon arrival, all on-duty staff are required to undergo a temperature check, complete a health declaration form and wear a mask
All exhibition booths must be at least 1.5 metres apart from each other
A maximum of 2 on-duty staff and 2 visitors can visit any one booth at any one time
Please provide hand sanitizers and disinfectant sprays at your booth
